The Golem

'The Golem' is a piece of musical theatre that tells the story of an eccentric antique dealer who, after years of searching, finds himself in the possession of an ancient statue.

Once brought to life to protect the Jewish people of Prague, the Golem will once again walk among us. But as the antique dealer begins to discover, commanding the old clay guardian is not so easy.

Based on the classic silent horror film by Peter Wegener and Henrik Galeen, ‘The Golem’ combines an eerie live music score with a visceral theatrical performance.

Written and directed by Dublin composer Tom Morris, the show saw its debut in September 2014 the in Dublin’s unique D-Light Studios.
